The purpose is to review points the SCS will raise with FCPS and at School Board Public Hearing, January 10, 2026, on the proposed School Boundary change “process” for School Year 2026-2026. Outline plans to review the FCPS Capital Improvement Program (CIP) FY 2027-2031 and prepare for its public hearing January 13, 2026.
